Monthly SaaS plans (Starter, Growth, Scale) include a 15-day free trial billed through Stripe. A payment method is required. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. Operated by VIVA LLC.
After the trial, subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period when Stripe reports cancel_at_period_end.
White Label licenses ($999 one-time) are non-refundable once installation work has started. Hosted White Label adds a $50/month maintenance fee that can be canceled going forward.
If a charge was made in error, contact support within 7 days with your Stripe receipt ID.
