ForeverLink is a product of VIVA LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy describes how we handle information when you use the service.
Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, organization name, authentication secrets (hashed passwords, TOTP).
- Workspace data: link IDs, destinations, labels, notes, click counts.
- Billing data processed by Stripe (we store Stripe customer/subscription IDs and billing status).
- Technical data: IP address for security/audit logs, essential session cookies.
- Support tickets and contact form submissions you send us.
How we use information
- Provide, bill, and secure the service
- Enforce plan limits, trials, and prevent abuse
- Respond to support and sales inquiries
- Improve product reliability
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data with infrastructure providers (hosting) and Stripe for payments under contractual safeguards.
