Starter, Growth, and Scale include a 15-day free trial. A payment method is required. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of the transaction date, for any reason. This applies to subscriptions, inventory packs, the White Label license, and hosted billing. There are no exceptions or usage qualifiers.
Use View receipt or Manage subscription in your Paddle confirmation email, request a refund at paddle.net, or email [email protected]. Eligible refunds return to the original payment method. Access ends when the refund is issued.
You can cancel anytime to stop future charges. After the 14-day window, the current period is not refunded except where the law requires it.
Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights. Where local law gives a higher standard, that standard applies.
