ForeverLink is a product of VIVA LLC. This policy explains what data we use when you use the site or the service.
What we collect
- Account: name, email, organization name, and access secrets (hashed passwords; 2FA if you turn it on).
- Your work in the app: link numbers, destinations, labels, notes, and click counts.
- Payments: Paddle processes the card as merchant of record. We store customer/subscription IDs and plan status, not the card number.
- Technical data: IP address and session cookies, to keep login secure and for audit logs.
- What you send through the contact form or support tickets.
How we use it
- To run the service, bill the plan, and keep accounts safe.
- To apply plan limits and the trial, and to stop abuse.
- To answer support or sales questions.
- To keep the product reliable.
Who we share with
We do not sell personal data. We only share what is needed to operate: hosting and infrastructure, and Paddle for payments, under contract.
Cookies
We only use essential session and security cookies. No advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, or deletion of your account data through the contact form. If you have an organization, include its name so we can find it.
