How we process customer data on your behalf.
VIVA LLC acts as a processor for organization data you store in ForeverLink (users, stock IDs, destination URLs, click counters). You remain the controller of end-customer destinations and any personal data in labels/notes.
We process data only to provide the service: authentication, redirects, billing with Paddle, and support tickets. Sub-processors include hosting providers and Paddle for payments.
For a signed DPA or to ask for export or deletion, write through the contact form and include your organization name. Open the contact form.
